Decreased fluid retention
I heard from Dr. Berg about its effectiveness in reducing swelling in the feet. After I completed the second package, I was relieved to find that fluid retention and edema had decreased significantly.

Reduced leg swelling
I’ve noticed that my legs seem thinner, likely due to reduced swelling. I supplement with B vitamins occasionally, finding it helpful for energy recovery, especially before my period. Taking half the dose in the morning and evening reinvigorates me. I've also discovered that combining melatonin with vitamin B1 and magnesium helps me sleep better, even on sleepless nights. For those who experience leg swelling or fatigue, it can stem from a vitamin B1 deficiency. I recommend this for busy individuals and those who consume carbohydrates or alcohol.

Supports cardiovascular health
This supplement works well. It has positive effects on the cardiovascular system, with thiamine deficiency leading to fluid retention and swelling. Regular use, particularly by individuals with heart issues, has been beneficial for their health. Additionally, thiamine helps protect the liver from alcohol damage, neutralising harmful substances produced during alcohol metabolism. Maintaining thiamine levels supports a healthy nervous system and enhances cognitive function significantly.

Less morning swelling
I experience morning swelling, which hasn’t completely resolved, but it has significantly decreased. Poor blood circulation used to cause frequent disruptions in my sleep, but since starting these supplements, I find I’m waking up much less often.

Highly effective
Vitamin B1 plays a crucial role in metabolising proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, as well as regulating the nervous system. It aids in blood circulation and enhances brain function. I’ve found it helpful for migraines and diabetic neuropathy. Symptoms of B1 deficiency include slight breathlessness during activities and a swollen tongue, among others. I purchased this for my husband, who works extensively, and he has recently started taking it with positive outcomes. I’ll provide further feedback later.
